- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 split jumps
- 10 jump squats
- 10 front & back lunge (on same leg then go over the to other)
- 10 side to side lunge (10 each side)
Minimum to no rest until you complete all exercises. Then 2 min rest and repeat 2 more times.
